By accepting this document and using the NOAA - SCDNR MARMAP Program data the user understands the following:

1. Data are considered provisional and should be cited as such. Efforts to better quality control the data are ongoing.
2. To cite the data provider and/or NOAA - SCDNR MARMAP Program appropriately.
3. Not to hold NOAA - SCDNR MARMAP Program liable for errors in the data. While efforts are made to qualify and flag datasets , we cannot guarantee the accuracy of these datasets.
